Nunchuk Account Deletion
Deleting your Nunchuk account is a straightforward process. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure that your account is deleted securely:
- Enter Your Email Address:
- Open the Account Deletion page.
- Enter the email address of the account you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete Account button.
- Confirmation Code:
- A confirmation code will be sent to your email if your request is successful.
- Enter the confirmation code you received in the new section displayed.
- Click the Confirm Account Deletion button.
- Confirm Account Deletion:
- Click the Confirm Account Deletion button.
- A pop-up dialog will appear asking you to confirm the deletion.
- If you are sure, click Confirm. Otherwise, click Cancel.
- Resend Request (if necessary):
- If you did not receive the confirmation code or it expired, click the Resend Request button after 5 minutes.
- The button will be enabled after a 5-minute countdown.
Important Notes
- Ensure that you enter the correct email address.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the confirmation code email in your inbox.
- The confirmation code is valid for a limited time. Complete the deletion process promptly.
- Once your account is deleted, all data associated with it will be permanently lost.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your Nunchuk account, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Emails and personal information Your email and information will be completely erase from our system.
- Payment information: All payment information will be permanently removed.
- Chat: All chat data (except in group) will be deleted.
